Ashlee Then is the Operations Program Manager at the National Education Center for Agricultural Safety (NECAS), located in Peosta, Iowa. In her role, she enjoys contributing to the success of initiatives like National Farm Safety and Health Week and Grain Bin Safety Week and serving as Progressive Agriculture Safety Day® Coordinator. She and her husband have three young sons and farm about 275 acres in Northeast Iowa, where they raise beef cattle and grow corn, soybeans, and hay. Ashlee is also an alumna of the West Dubuque FFA.
