Humanitarian at heart, Laura brings her passion for health advocacy to AgriSafe by embracing the existing strengths of her clients, as well as offering a culturally sensitive, candid and direct approach to her training events. Laura has served clients through advocacy and resource management for over 20 years. As a Maine Licensed Massage Therapist, Educational Yoga Teacher, International Health Coach and most recently Total Farmer Health Coach, Laura clinically serves those experiencing symptoms of stress, anxiety, sleep deprivation, grief, chronic pain and other life disrupting upheavals. By utilizing the resources, connections and personal strengths of her clients, she supports, empowers and helps them reconnect with their own inner strengths and experiences.

Laura aims to reduce the stigma associated with mental health as well as providing supportive, educational training, for migrant, seasonal and agricultural workers and their employers. She works closely with clients on topics such as grief, stress management, and resource management. She offers virtual and in person support services (healthy lifestyle support, meditation, Yoga and stress
management) as well as Total Farmer Health training events and keynote speaking events.

Laura is involved in many volunteer and humanitarian outreach efforts from serving on nonprofit boards, fundraising and raising funds for medical missions incorporating clinical massage therapy and stress management both for providers and those they serve. Concurrently, she attends the University of Southern Maine to complete her Social Work BA and MS programs for her eventual LCSW licensure.
