Wendell Miley is the Facilities/Safety & Health Manager for the Louisiana Farm Bureau Federation, based in Baton Rouge, LA.  He has been with the organization for 37 years, serving first as the safety department assistant, then moving to the department head position in 2004. Job responsibilities include overseeing the Farm Bureau state office facility and is maintained and operates in an orderly fashion. He is responsible for managing the various activities and programs of Farm Bureau’s safety and health program.  Program topics include ATV/UV Safety, Tractor/Farm Machinery, Grain Bin Rescue Training, teaching CPR, among other topics as well. Wendell is also responsible for the safety and security of the state office employees and visitors through their security program. He has served on the ISASH Board of Directors in the past and served on their Finance Committee for a number of years.  He also participated in various other committees in serving the organization. Mr. Miley holds a B.S. degree in Business Agriculture from Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, LA.
