Olivia Bury is a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in clinical Mental Health and Guidance from Louisiana Tech University. She serves as the Behavioral Health Coordinator at AgriSafe, where she leads the development and delivery of behavioral health education and training designed to strengthen the well-being of agricultural communities across the country.

Driven by a passion for changing the way mental health is discussed in rural communities, Olivia is dedicated to reducing stigma, increasing access to support, and fostering conversations that encourage help-seeking and hope. As a senior mental health instructor, she provides training in suicide prevention, effective communication, psychosocial strategies for well-being, and relationship building, equipping professionals and community members with practical skills to support themselves and others.

Drawing on experience in inpatient behavioral health, private practice, and school-based counseling, Olivia brings a compassionate, real-world perspective to curriculum development and training. In addition to her work with AgriSafe, she owns a private counseling practice where she supports adolescents and adults in building resilience, navigating life’s challenges, and achieving meaningful growth through both in-person and telehealth services.
