Food in the Field Lesson 3: Preparing Healthy Meals

You cannot be expected to eat healthy unless you know how to prepare food in nutritious ways. During this third lesson, most of our time will be spent in the kitchen where you will learn how to modify recipes, how to use appliances to cut down on cooking time, and how to incorporate healthier cooking methods into your routine.
