Opening up can be intimidating, but it doesn't have to be. I work well with young adults and adults working through a variety of issues including depression, PTSD, anxiety, relationship issues, and sport's performance. I will listen to whatever is on your heart and make sure you are heard.
I work from a foundation of CBT and a variety of other theories. This helps allow for different perspectives and approaches to solving problems and I love being able to help someone approach a problem in a new way.No one is too far gone for help. You are unique, therefore, my approach to helping you will be unique. If you are willing, let's begin working on whatever it is that is preventing you from living the life you want.
