Joseph Keifer, Psy.D, BSN, RN
Recovery-Oriented Solutions and Consulting (ROSC) was established by Joe Keifer, Psy.D, BSN, RN with the mission of providing individualized recovery based services. I welcome clients seeking action-oriented and individualized psychological treatment. Realizing that not everyone will benefit from 'cookie cutter' style therapy I maintain small caseloads so in order to provide the highest quality evidence-based treatment within the framework of a client-centered and recovery-oriented approach. Dr. Keifer is licensed in New York, Pennsylvania as well as in New Jersey. He is also authorized by the PSYPACT Commission to practice interjurisdictional telepsychology (APIT), in any PSYPACT state.
