Which organization is the right organization to lead a State Affiliation initiative?

Does your organization have as one of its accomplishments:

1. The common interest in promoting occupational health care for farm families?
2. A strong presence of statewide stakeholders who can work together for a greater cause?
3. A history of activities aimed at serving health care needs of farmers?

To apply, your organization must submit a one to two page request to the AgriSafe Network Board of Directors.  Please include information about your organization’s history and capacity to serve as the state affiliate, stakeholders you expect to work with your organization, and reason why you think becoming the state affiliate is important to your state.  You do not need to provide information on proposed activities as AgriSafe understands that program goals and objectives may not be well defined at this stage.
