Returns
When a customer reaches us by phone or email, our first response is to offer technical support for the product. However, in some cases a product may be unsatisfactory to the customer for reasons completely beyond our control in which case a cancellation or a refund may be processed.
Refunds can only be credited back to the account used to make the original purchase. If the original account has been closed, the purchase is not eligible for refund.
AgriSafe must be notified within 14 days for refund requests. Returns must be returned within 30 days of receipt for exchange. Any request made after 30 days of purchase is not eligible for refund, return or exchange. All merchandise must be carefully packed and will be subject to charge if not in saleable condition. Please indicate reason for return on original packing slip.
We recommend you use a form of traceable delivery and insure your package for your protection. Please do not send the package C.O.D., as we do not accept returns shipped C.O.D. Credit card refunds will be reflected on your billing statement within 1 billing cycle.

You should expect to receive your refund within four to five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
